What format do you accept?

We take pretty much all major digital formats: DVD, MiniDV and all flash-based storage (SD Cards, Memory Stick etc.). All original materials will be returned upon completion of your production.

Who does the editing? Is it automated?

Every production is handled personally by film school graduates with years of offline, digital editing expertise. At flickerhouse, we never permit software to ‘automate’ the process of immortalizing your memories.

Do you add music/special effects/titles?

First and foremost, we listen to you, our customer, for what you want to see during our initial consultation process. By default, all our videos will come with professionally created titles and, as appropriate, a musical score with digital effects!

Do I get to review my movie?

Yes! Every production is placed online for your review before being finalized. Every production comes with one revision included at no additional charge.

How long will it take to complete?

We will have your initial edit ready for your review within two weeks.
